Shipping Costs, Processing, & Delivery Times
Shipping on all orders is free regardless of location. Most purchases are processed and shipped within 0-2 business days. The delivery period varies based on location; typically, items arrive in 7-12 days in the continental United States, Canada, UK, Australia, France, and Italy. Orders may take up to 3-4 weeks for all other countries. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8 AM-5PM Pacific Time.
Change of addresses and cancellations can be made while orders are being processed but cannot be made after an order has shipped. For a change of address, please contact us via email, and we'll contact your local carrier to arrange a change of address while your order is in transit. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped, we will help you with a return so that you may send the order back to us for a full refund once it has arrived.
Items Damaged Upon Delivery
Please contact us immediately for any damaged packages with photos so we can document them and arrange for a replacement to be sent free of charge.

All of our products are sent by USPS First Class Mail. Other dependable carriers, such as DHL, Fedex, and UPS, are occasionally used.
Tracking information is provided with every order and orders be tracked by clicking on the order tracking link in the header.
All orders are insured in the event that they are lost, stolen, or damaged upon arrival.
If your order shows as delivered; and you have not received your item, please contact us via email for assistance. We'll submit a missing mail search request with your local carrier and issue a replacement.
If we suspect your order has been affected by any delays, we will notify you through email or SMS.
Our carriers may take longer than the specified delivery time to deliver our items during peak seasons. Weather, holidays, pandemics, and other factors may cause further delays.
