return & refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return by contacting us via e-mail at email@example.com.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is within the 60-day window, we will provide you with a label to return your item. Shark Slides Co will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving instructions and a return label.

Orders may only be canceled during the processing period and before an item is shipped. Once an order is shipped, customers cannot cancel an order and must return the item for a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
If your item is lost in transit or shows as delivered but never arrived, please contact us so that we may notify our carrier and send a replacement or provide a refund.
If you need to exchange your item, please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. You have 60 days to contact us and initiate an exchange for any reason. Exchanged items must not show heavy signs of use and/or damage during use. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Once we receive your returned item we will ship a replacement if the costs of the items are the same. We will also issue any refunds or send a payable invoice if they are due.
Alternatively, you may place an order for the item that is desired item and exchange the first item to expedite the process. We will process and ship the purchased item according to our shipping policy and process your refund as outlined.
We will provide a refund if your item is damaged upon delivery, defective, or if you change your mind and decide you no longer need or want the item. Items returned must not show heavy signs of wear and/or damage not caused during the shipping process.
We will notify you once we've received your item, inspected the item and processed your return via e-mail. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Once your refund is delivered to our return address please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you do not see your refund posted on your credit or debit card within 5 business days of delivery of your return please contact us at email@example.com
